Čvrst kao stijena i u 48-oj!
Fitness Model Helmut Strebl u 48-oj godini izgleda nevjerojatno. Koliko posvećenosti i upornosti je potrebno da bi se stekao takav izgled? To najbolje otkriva rečenica koju je napisao na svojem Facebook profilu, a ona glasi: “Bodybuilding i fitness su moj život”.
Helmut tvrdi da je sam izgradio ovakvo tijelo bez steroida i ilegalnih droga.
S dizanjem utega se počeo baviti u dobi od 16 godina i od tada radi na postizanju vrhunske forme. Koliko je uspješan svjedoče njegovi osvojeni naslovi u različitim područjima – fitness natjecanja, natural bodybuilding, cross country trčanje i natjecanje u vojnim vještinama.
“Ono što me uistinu motivira je moja misija da služim kao primjer za postizanja ideala– ultimativnih fitness snova i još mnogo toga”, izjavio je bodybuilder. Tvrdi da trening može biti najbolji kada su raspoloženje i energija dobri.
Life of a trainer/coach who works at it full time. 1. You will have to schedule meals 2. You will have to make time to lift or train 3. Your personal goals will be attainable but the most important goals are of those who pay you 4. You need to be on point with your business at all times. Bad days do not matter, suck it up and perform 5. You will work early mornings. You will work some late nights 6. You have to hustle, learn, adapt, stay relevant, and ensure you can last into your older years as a coach and not live off your past. Boris Sheiko isn’t a young man at all and still is one of the most respected coaches in the world. That didn’t come by him posting lifting videos he did, that came by him being fucking good at what he does. 7. You will work tired and any time off by you has to be managed and accounted for. When I was going in for my ablation I had to sit in my hospital room writing workouts for client sessions I had to miss. Even though you’re not there, you’re still the coach. 8. The job isn’t easy and too many people get into this thinking the doors will open wide for you and you can live this lifestyle of a gym rat. Dealing with different personalities all day isn’t easy and it can be exhausting if you aren’t equipped to handle that. It took me a long time to be able to relate to a wide variety of learning styles, it will take you years as well. 9. Overnight successes are a rarity. Most of us aren’t that lucky or well connected to enter this business running. Be prepared to be broke for a while and work your ass off. But guess what? Helmutova rutina uključuje treniranje glavnih mišićnih skupina svakih pet ili šest dana.
Ovo su njegovi imperativi kojih se nastoji držati:
– uvijek imajte zagrijavanje
– obratite pažnju na pravilno držanje
– pravilno dišite
– prestanite dizati utege ako osjetite bol
– obratite pažnju na pravilo izvođenje vježbi
– koristite stabilizaciju torza
– usredotočite se na cijeli raspon pokreta
Helmut tvrdi da je dobro planiranje temelj za njegov uspjeh. On ima organiziran i zapisan raspored vježbi po danima i satima. Točno mora znati koje će skupine mišića trenirati – ramena, prsa, leđa ili tricepse.

Za razliku od treninga, njegova prehrana slijedi detaljnije planiranje. Helmut konzumira između pet i sedam obroka dnevno.
U svaki obrok uključuje čiste proteine: bjelanjke, puretinu, piletinu, govedinu i bijelu ribu. Od ugljikohidrata su mu najdraži slatki krumpir i integralna riža.
